Vitamin Supplements And Liver Damage

Can vitamin supplements damage your liver? My GGT is up and I am wondering if it is because I take high doses of supplements.

According to NIH reports, it depends on what the ingredients are in the supplements that you take. There are some that can cause various medical issues, including elevated liver enzymes, if you take too much of them.

What are the ingredients and amounts in the supplements you are taking?

Are you on any other medications?
