Vicodin Pill V 4212 Not Narcotic

I had the same question. But this aint no narcotic, its just a muscle relaxer.

That is correct, Qualitest Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
