Getting diahorrea frequently inspite of taking curds. Seem to be allewrgic to milk products. tried vibact, after a meal of chicken and rice. Had intense heart-burn & reflux within minutes. is it safe for me to take Vibact? (Am not going to doctorsa because they are the ones who got me into the problem in the first place by over prescribing enterostrep for months.
