This pill is about 3/16 of an inch round and about an 1/8 inch thick with the number 10 on one side and a score mark on the other side. I have found nothing in my searches trying to ID it.

Hello,
The closest match I've been able to find is Lexapro (10 mg); which is an antidepressant used for the treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder; other indications include social anxiety disorder, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
It is a round white pill with the imprint 10 on one side and a score in between the letters F L on the back, like this: F | L
Maybe the F L got smudged off at some point?
