Vertin 16 Side Effects

I am having heavy head problem for last 2 years due to cervical. Doctor had prescribed vertin 16. one tablet per day But neither my condition has improved nor gone down.But I have have started skin iching on my body.Is it due to side affects of vertin16. Can u suggest any other medicine ? I am 70+
