I believe the medication you are referring to is Suboxone, which contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine, this is an opiate used to treat some cases of severe pain and drug addiction.
That said, no, but using them together could be very dangerous, since they are both opiates and you are not supposed to use any other narcotics while taking Suboxone.
In addition, Suboxone neutralizes other opiates, so many people who try this risk overdose, because they don't get the same effects from their recreation drug of choice and they end up taking far too much to try to achieve the high.
