MY CREATININE IS 1.8 & UREA 52 DIABETIC & BP controlled by tabs. Drugs are Nefrosave forte one daily for two years,one calcium tab am and pm, one iron tab daily,one zyloric daily,one benadon at am& pm,atorfit 10mg one daily.I am male 63 age.How long my kidney will be safe.I am minimised salt. What other precaution should I take? Raj.

Are Nephrosafe and Nefrosave the same? My doctor's prescription says Nephrosafe and it's not available, but the Chemist is offering me Nefrosave and said it is the same.

Hi. My father has chronic kidney disease with the following levels: Creatinine 5.9, Sodium 148, Chloride 111, Potassium 5.2, Urea 147.7, TP 6.3, Albumin 3.4 & Phosphorus 4.6.

His Dr. advised Nefrosave for reducing Creatinine levels. Please suggest whether this is a safe and effective treatment?
