Use Of Pulmison 20mg

Hi there, I had a snowboard accident this weekend and hurt my coccyx. Pulmison was prescribed for 5 days, 20mg, 2 in the morning for 3 days and 1 in the morning for 2 days. I don't like corisone and don't want to have more health problems after this. I'm very healthy and fit. My concern is the weight gain and acne and rash as i dont have any of these problems. My question is how likely is it for me to experience these after taking this for 5 days? Or is there a better alternative? Please advise as I'm supposed to start this morning. Thank you.
