Use Of Ryme-d Contatrypsin Bromelain Rutoside Trihydrate Tab

I have open burnt wound on my palm and aching. Doc. prescribed augmentin 625. Would it be right to take RYME-D containing diclofenac to relieve the pain with the antibiotic? Please suggest.
