Use Of Lyser-d Tablets

What is the use of Lyser-D tablets after a C-section delivery? Does it help with recovery?

This medication is list as containing Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
