Uric Acid

I've recently found that i've 8.2 uric acid level, is it harmful for kidneys? Which foods & medicines can be helpful lowering the high level of uric acid?

i am suffering from a gout problem
my trigger finger and rigth foot second figer get stiff during day time
it is painfull
my uric acid is 8.3
and doctor prescribed me
1. feuric 40
2. nurokind plus
3. indocap sr
please tell me what these medicines do and is it safe to take it
