I'm sorry, but if there is no imprint or markings of any kind it is going to be almost impossible to postively identify. There are several pills on the market that meet this description. It could be an over the counter medication, vitamin or supplement.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Does anyone else have an inkling?
