Unmarked Green Capsule With Light Brown Powder

My husband has some dark green capsules in a forskolin bottle. I opened one of the capsules and it contains a light brown powder. Today I noticed him take one of these capsules out of his pocket and put it in the bottle. I am concerned because he gets irritable and sometimes. E's aggressive after taking these capsules. He is always trying to lose weight. I am concerned.
