round pale yellow, no break line. 5034 and hourglass symbol on one side, 20/12.5 on other. What is this?

The pill you have is Lisinopril (20 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg).

These two drugs are respectively a combination of a diuretic and an ACE inhibitor, to control hypertension.
