Taking opana ER 5 mg and 5 mg opana for breakthrough is not really helping. Can I take tylenol as well?

Opana is now being taken off the market. As of Sept 1 2017. I myself have been on opana for 6 years for pain and IR for breakthrough. So Idk what we are going to do now to answer your question though yes when first prescribed opana was also prescribed Vicodin for breakthrough.

They can be taken together, unless you've been instructed not to mix them.
