Can I take Tylenol rapid relief with naproxen? Just had meniscus surgery and they gave me naproxen to take. Not cutting it for the pain in my thigh!!! I heard of Tylenol rapid relief and I'm hoping I can take naproxen with it since it works so fast?

They can. both be taken, if your doctor approves of you doing so, sometimes they Acetaminophen, and an NSAID are given together to help better control pain, and swelling.

You may also experience side effects, according to FDA reports, which may include nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased risk of bleeding.
