What formulation of Morphine are you taking?
If it is the time released formulation, you should not be cutting it, because that creates the risk of your getting too much of the medication at once, which might result in overdose.
The FDA warns that Morphine carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
As to taking it with the Tylenol PM, they can both cause sedation, so you may experience more dizziness and drowsiness than usual, thus it would be best to check with your doctor, before adding it, to make sure it is safe for you to do so.
