i take tuseran forte with flanax 275 mg. for slight fever and now i am suffering from stomach pain.

Al, the stomach pain is probably from combining the 2 medications.

Tuseran Forte contains Dextromethorphan, Pheylephrine and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen.)

It is used to relieve cold symptoms and fever.

The Paracetamol is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Flanax contains Naproxen Sodium, which is another drug in the same class, so the two should not be mixed. It can cause stomach upset and ulcers.

Other side effects may inlude: nausea, drowsiness, stomach irritation and dizziness.
