Tryptomer is an international brand of Amitriptyline which is an antidepressant. Taking more than prescribed is very dangerous and can be potentially fatal. According to the NIH, symptoms of accidental overdose may include:

Airways and lungs:
Slowed, labored breathing

Bladder and kidneys:
Inability to urinate
Urinary hesitancy

Eyes, ears, nose, and throat:
Blurred vision
Dry mouth
Enlarged pupils

Heart and blood:
Low blood pressure
Irregular heart rate
Shock

Nervous system:
Agitation
Coma (sudden onset)
Convulsions (sudden onset)
Drowsiness
Hallucinations
Headache
Inability to concentrate
Lack of alertness (stupor)
Muscle rigidity
Restlessness
Seizures
Uncoordinated movement

Stomach and intestines:
Constipation
Increased appetite
Weight gain
Vomiting

If overdose is suspected please call 911 or poison control immediately!

I am advised tryptomer 10 mg morning evening with restyl 1 mg and zolfresh 10 mg. I suffer from accute small fiber neuropathy in my feet.What are the side effects along with this i take duzala 10mg and lyrica 75 2 times a day. I am a diabetic for the last 15 years.
