Just to confirm, I ran a search for you and there are no threads with such a title existing on this site. However if you're trying to find a post based on information within someone's "description" and not the "title of the thread", I don't think there's a way for you to zone in on that specifically. But what I can tell you is that it's more than likely related to side effects from "5mg Amlodipine besylate tablets marked with Z3" - as this is the only relevant match.
Sometimes search engines like google don't completely correlate the information to a specific link/location where it may be found; which I agree can be frustrating at times... although I'd just encourage you to start a new thread here if it makes things easier - "If you build it they will come" Lol; and by "they" I mean many responses.
