DONT TAKE ONE DAY OF TRIKA, YOU AUTOMATICALLY FEEL SLEEPY ON THE 2ND DAY. THIS HABIT IS GONE FOREVER. REMOVE 1ST SEEPING TABLETS ON THE HOUSE. AFTER THAT DONT EAT SLEEPING TABLETS OR AUTOMATICALLY BY THE 2ND DAY YOU FEEL SLEEPY EVEN WITHOUT THE SLEEPING TABLET.

Taking trika daily can be very dangerous. I suffered for four years. Side effects can worsen your physical and emotional health.Take some help immediately.

Hello my advice is to not depend on medicines... Unless there is an absolute necessity... You can diffently overcome... Mind is the master of everything... Stop taking the tablet gradually... Involve yourself in creative activities like learning guitar,singing painting etc... I wish this helps... Good luck :)

Trica aka alprazolam are bzd which are known to be very addictive and also has severe withdrawal effects, one of which is rebound insomnia. If anyone has any suicidal thoughts please discontinue medication immediately. Others if possible shift to zolpidem tartarate aka zolfresh or ambien 5mg but only for a week. Then slowly taper the dose. Zolpidem being non bzd does not cause much side effects but it is very addictive so be careful not to increase the dose. I am a medical student and u can write me back any time.

I just ( only from two days) started taking Trika 1.00 mg due to hyper tension, sleeping disorder , over thinking but not for dipration. I am feeling good from two days, I got a good sleep ( from 8.00 PM to morning 6.30 AM I Got a GOOD SLEEP, feeling lightness in my mind, no tiring feel ) but I do not want to take daily as I heard that sleeping pills are not good for health but due to present circumstances I have to take. Pls advice how could I get off from this problem. I don't want to take or continue. But as I stop I can not sleep well and again tension start.

Stop having the tablet! Its a sedative. It is alprazolam. Over dosage is fatal and may cause death.

Iam suffering from tinnitu from last one month, due to which in the night time i get anxeity attacks and do not get enough sleep which leads to some depressional thoughts docter has hence I take 0.25 mg trikka

I take trika 0.5mg twice a day mainly at working hour. If i try to stop it, there comes an acute weakness and vacuumness in my brain an i feel like joombie.

I am also suffering from sleep disorders and taking seroquel every night and at times to reduce anxiety I have abused restyl same as trika. If u can avoid taking pills to get sleep pls try out yoga or breathing exercises first and avoid drugs. It will only increase day by day .

Stop abruptly. You may have some sleeping problem for a few days only. Then everything will be all right. If available use "Himasagara Thailam", an Ayurveda oil. Apply one table spoon of the oil on your head one hour before taking bath.

Hi christine, Trika is anxiety pills not sleeping pills, but the second purpose of medicine is sleeping. Find out the reason why she i taking that.

My mum takes trika daily around 3 mg at night daily. If she doesnt takes she doesnt sleep tell me medicine which reduces the intake of trika or the types sleeping pills.
