Tribedoce is just classified by the FDA as a B complex vitamin, so it won't treat pain. B vitamins can support nerve health, but they will not work like analgesics do. They can also cause some nausea, in some people that take them.
Diclofenac is classified as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
In the U.S. Diclofenac requires a doctor's prescription.
