Jacob is correct, these are not available in a single tablet, but they are available separately, via prescription.

The FDA warns that Phentermine is a stimulant, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and anorexia.

Triamterene is listed as possibly causing side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Are these 2 seperate drugs or both combined for a single pill?

There is info for Traimterene and Phentermine seperately, not sure if they are ever combined into a single pill though.
