Topamax Phentermine Contrave
UpdatedMay I take these together (phentermine, topamax, contrave)? They were prescribed for weight loss.

Has your doctor instructed you take them all at once? That would be very unusual.
In most cases, as reported by the FDA, taking all of these at once, could result in elevated blood pressure, elevated heart rate, severe insomnia nervousness, anxiety, and anorexia, any of which could be fatal.
