Exactly what do you mean by a burning effect in your whole body?
Ecosprin contains Aspirin and it can certainly cause excess stomach acid, but that burning sensation would not involve your entire body.
If you're experiencing a burning sensation throughout your whole body, then you should consult a doctor.
