I think the imprint you are looking at is actually LU D02, it is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Sertraline. It is an antidepressant that is also used to treat anxiety. NDC code: 57297-0352

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings, and weight changes.
