I have severe pain in my upper arm around to my neck up to base of my skull and down my spine around the waist and in both knees. It wakes me up in tears. My neurologist gave me a referral for 2 doctors. I called both who said it would be 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment. I am tired of waking up crying. I am 72 years old. What can I do?

Herniated discs, s*** myself, and can't sit. On top of it I can barley get in the shower. My mom helps me with everything. I can't sleep for long nor walk long, and can't bend over. I'm only 43. I got hurt at work. I can't work. I owe so much they cut my check in half. I'm seeing Dr hearns wc Dr but he's only giving me 7.5 which doesn't do a thing. I take 3 at a time and it helps a lot better. I don't know why he don't up my meds. I run out, it doesn't work and I have hard time getting there. My mom's 71.
