time limits for use its side effects for prolonged use

My bp is fluctuating between 170/90 to 150/90 though I use twincal 10 and repace 50. Please advise.

my 22 month old boy got a tetan 40 and licked half of the tablet. he did not bite it .any side effects ..long term n short term. thnx

Tetan contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, this is an ARB that is commonly used to treat high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.
