Hello, Nana! How are you?
Your blood pressure is starting to hit dangerous numbers that could put you at risk of a heart attack, stroke or congestive heart failure, thus you should follow your doctor's instructions to bring it down as fast and as safely as possible.
The FDA lists this medication as containing Telmisartan and Amlodipine. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
Is there anything else I can help with?
