Telday 40 Side Effects

i am using telday40 just 3 days just now only 1 per night and i found every night 2 or 3 pm little pain in middle of my two chest then i cant move any side left or rite if i move any side i found pain in middle of L&R chest ( befor 3 day i used resilo25/25 doctor just chang my madicen just 3day befor. why this pain i found?

Any chest pain should always be checked out by your doctor immediately. It may be due to the medication, but there is also a chance that it is due to some other issue and anyone online could only guess as what it might be.
