No, that wouldn't be an infection. That's not how they work.
Targit-H contains the active ingredients Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, it is most commonly used to help lower high blood pressure and treat certain cardiac conditions.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and dehydration.

Are you making sure to take it with a full, 8 ounce glass of water or other liquid?
If you are, then it shouldn't be making your mouth so sensitive like that.
It can cause dry mouth, as a side effect, is that the problem that you're having?
