It wouldn't be advisable to take Suboxone that close to having taken another narcotic.
Suboxone actually contains 2 ingredients, the narcotic Buprenorphine and Naloxone, which is used to neutralize other narcotics and prevent their abuse, while someone is being treated with it.
The Naloxone can throw someone into withdrawals if taken too close to their taking other narcotics, so it should only be taken when there are no other narcotics in their system, or if they are already in full withdrawals.
