Taking A Ua Pain Medication Compliancy Test For Ms Contin Er What Is The Proper Name Listing

My dr. had me take a pain medication compliancy test. My prescribed pain meds tested were morphine {which is actually ms contin er prescribed} clonazepam and hydrocodone{noreco is the prescription}. My report listed no morphine-non compliant and hydomorphone was found. When called in to go over the results she told me I was not even taking my ms contin er and was selling it to by hydromorphone on the streets. She cut me from my pain medication but would not fire me and I'm on disability for 3 servere impairments: severe depression, sever anxiety with severe agorophobia and panic attacks severe enough I loose control of my hips, limbs and the ability to talk where I've ended up in the er by ambulance and degenerative dics diease and also had a part of my spinal cord fractured, 2 facet worn out and sciatic nerve pinched together by hip and sacracilliac bone. And I had cancer on my tongue and had a radical lapendectomy and had to learn how to talk again and the nerve damage in my face causes myface to uncontrollably twitch and if not controlled muscle spasms cause so much pain everything goes out of wake.After 8 months of outpatient intensive therapy and finding the exact medication combination I came out looking normal and acting as nomal as possible my new dr. who I never had a contract with and was told I needed to sign a contract with my dr.before I could even see my dr.and didn't have time to read it.I knew I had taken my meds what she kept telling me what I did and my human rights were criminal so much it is prison time.Fraud was used to make me say yes and then the clinicHR said I fired them so they didn't have to fill anything now. All my meds were cut and I went to the er serveral times for advice and it was recorded I came in almost every day requesting narcotics and a social worker came to take my son away until I told her I already hired a caregiver because I look deformed and was loosing the ability to pronouce words, and lived being considered a freak where kids asked their parents what was wrong with me right in front of me and the dr. ruined my medical reputation so I can't even get accepted in case something happen to my son because told me I was a fraud and wasn't in any pain and wasn't taking my meds anyway.

When I wanted to inquire about my test results and report what was being done to me she become annoyed and I told her I was recording everything while everyone thought I was mentally challenged my intentions was to prove the truth and assign me a new dr. that would get me back on the meds, but now I went to long without all meds, it has to be changed.When the social worker was told the truth she got me back on my psyc. meds but before my new therapist saw me off all meds she asked me if I had any brain injury because of the inability to holdmy head straight and talked inaudible to seeing the huge change of just taking the clonazepam to taking myprescribed pain meds I found in a box but I didn't find a whole bunch, because during a panick attack I put them in places never remembering why they even got there.I just found out in the last week my ms contin er that Ive been on about 8 yrs.was listed as morphine that showed non compliance and the hydromorphine I was accused of buying illegally was know to show up as false positives in my case and around 60mgs a day somtimes your body will start metabolizing it into hydromorphine.Im able to live and take care of my son from spending about 15yrs. to acheive my Jr. Master 4th Degree Black Belt of Sun Yi's Academy Art of self defense and I've never felt the need to lie but my family all the way up to the smartest person I know has accused me of lying because like my instructor had not met anyone in his life capable of what I acheived easily, he finally told me I was abnormal as an apology because I won over 100 fights lost 18 and 6 were just politics my last fight was defending my title but I had to walk up and accept my trophy because no girl would fight me and forms after winning state around 10 yrs in a row and beat the world champion several times to where at state I would compete with the men so someone else could win and every national tournament followed and Ive never been beaten by a man lolMy drs. office doesn't seem to know this, since I took an oath with my degree to always protect people who can't defend themselves no matter what the cost it is. I just want the clinic to blow it off as a mistake and correct my reputation.

Put me on something for pain even though it worked and nomal times I can follow my very structured life. In nov. 2013 i lost our 5 yr. battle to modify my loan to a foreclosure, then had to file bankruptcy and almost had it dismissed because my atty. could not get me out of my house to make it to court dates.I went through an appeal court hearing being tested ,examanations done, phycologist evaluations and test,mri and physical evidence questioned bt a judge 45 minutes while a specialist listen and the judge valued mostly what the widows disability benefits dr.s for social security evaluations to receive a fully favorabledecision just one day after my report.Sorry for such a long text, it has affectedmy children too. My biggest question is writing morphine by accident or intentional?I know I need as much proffessional proof by the medical, pharmacist, clinical labs, and agencies finding so many false positive of hydromorphone relating to morphine, that more studies needed to narrow it down even more resulting ms contin er taking around 60mgs plus for years for chronic pain in more in women etc I need help for even knowing the correct name used ua pmc test.

I've always learned if you can't find the why this mistake occurred, go back to the basic it is usually there. The Pain Medication Test was the very basic. In the first 1/5th of the test I found the Why. Lising of the Prescribed Medications:Clonanzepam, Hydrocordone, Morphine: Now my prescritions are: Clonazepam, Hydrocodon-APAP, Morphine Sulfate ER. Anyone see the mistake? The way my prescribed medicene is listing to make since would be:7-aminoclonazepam, codiene, morphine: The parent medication: The correct list is: clonazepam, hydrocodone APAP, Morphine Sulfate ER. Listed under test results: Hydrocodone,Clonazepam,Morphine,Gabepentin (Neurontin), tramadol,O-desmethylvenlafaxine, Test was for SNRI profile. Under the Test Requested the title is Drug and /or Metabolites: clonazepam-compliant hydrocodone-compliant morphine non-comliantthe metabolitehydromorphone was a metabolite for hydrocodone. I was positve for:7-aminoclonazepam, Gabapentin (Neurontin), Norhydrocodone, hydromorphone, N-Desmenthyl Tramadol, Tramodol, O-Which would of help Desmethyl Tramadol,O-desmethylvenlafaxine. By looking at the test results the lab company apparently didn't make since so they increased my Speciman Validity Testing by 98% on everything. I'm thinking if they increased everything 98% I must of dead or complete organ failure.Like an old bottle that looked like aspirin I put them in, taking them like aspirin. I had asked the nurse Terri if I shouldtake an old Gabetine Apparently the level of drug specimen incrised the ng/ml 98%. The lab was confused where the hydromorphone belonged because it was human made and plays a large part in metabolizing morphine sulfate ER and chronic pain and Ive been on 60 mg daily 24/7 for 8 yrs. has been know to metabolize into hydromorphone. so my dr. made a false report stating I was selling Morphine and turing around selling a stronger morphine that my body makes. I never mentioned what I saw at first glance because not one medical staff noticed it.
