Tablets To Stop Loose Motions

I AM HAVING (IBS- IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME WITH DYSENTRY. MY MAIN PROBLEM IS I GET LOOSE MOTIONS VERY FREQENTLY. I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY TABLET JUST TO STOP LOOSE MOTIONS AND ALSO ANY TABLET TO STOP LOOSE MOTIONS WHICH DOES NOT REQUIRE PRESCRIPTION?
