At what time i should take tayo 60k? Empty somach or in night before sleep or any time during day

I am 56 yrs. I was suffering with stiffness and pain on my both the wrists. My doctor has prescribed me Tayo 60K once in a week for two months. I have finished taking it. For your kind information, I am taking Shellcal 250 calcium tablet every day. Now, I would like to know whether I can take Tayo 60K till the end of my day to come.

My Vitamin D3 level is slight lower my dr has prescribed uprise d3 supplements.its once a week. I do have have uric acid higher so i started zyloric tablet as suggest by dr. Can i take both tablet do they have any combination disadvantages or i can take them with no side effect.
