On doctors prescription I take ranx500 morning and evening. I suffer gas problems. Has this medicene has any connection with my intestinal gas problems.

Ranx contains the active ingredient Ranolzaine and is commonly used to treat Angina.

I can't say with any certainty that your symptoms are caused by this medication, but as side effects, it can cause: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and constipation.
