You never mentioned what color the pill was? So far I've only found one other description online suggesting that a 'yellow' oblong pill with 153 on one side and T on the other is identified as a 15mg generic Meloxicam tablet. This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for treating symptoms of osteoarthritis / rheumatoid arthritis. There aren't any other specific details or attributes listed on its size, country of origin, manufacturer, etc... however it's still the closest relevant match that I've seen to date.
