Syndopa Plus Side Effects

my mom has started syndopa plus (2x1/2 tablets/day for 7 days followed by 3x1/2 tablets/day) 3 days back. She is diagnosed with Perkinsons. She is now showing delusions and talking randomly. What shall I do? She is also taking Rasalect (1 after breakfast), Pacitane (2/day/after food) and Felicita OD. Please help me.

Am 66 yrs old.i am taking 4 halfs daily of syndopa plus 125 mg tabs n ropark 0.5 mg 2 tabs daily along with 2 types of vitamin tabs.
Am getting severe pain in lower thighs nerves.and i am not in a position to lightly cough coz it gives great pain in lower thighs.
The pain is acute esp while getting up from bed till afternoon.
Can any one guide me
