Took moxifloxacin 5 days bad side effects is it safe too start amoxicillin as been 2 days since i took moxifloxacin. Had tooth extraction is a precaution because have cvid and had 7 months previously staph aureus sinus infection. Dentist said tooth not infected but been 7 days healing very slow cause diabetic and cvid. Please help. Thank you..

Yes, you can smoothly switch from one to the other.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
I also experienced a bad reaction to Moxifloxacin a few months ago and was told not to take, again.
