Can I take supradol (after tooth extraction) while taking warfarin?

Hello, D! How are you? Sorry about the dental problem.

No, you shouldn't take this, unless your doctor specifically tells you that it is safe for you to do so.

Supradol contains the active ingredient Ketorolac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and it can actually cause additional blood thinning.
