Does anyone know what would happen if you washed and on opened Suboxone in the washer Will it dissolve

Did you ever find anything out about this? My roommate washed my pants without emptying my pockets & found a whole strip unopened in the dryer so it went through both. I'm wondering if it will still work or not? When opened it it's still looks like a strip but it was stuck to the package &has what looks like water bubbles almost in strip now so am wondering if the heat effected it and that may not work as good or if any. Please let me know. I would just take it but then if it doesn't work she'll think I'm lying just to get me another one because I'm low on mine after missing my refill appointment.

There is a good chance that it is no longer safe to take, after being washed. While being sealed should help, there is a risk that it has absorbed some of the ingredients of your laundry detergent, which could be toxic if ingested.

Double, yours is really risky to take, since it was also dried.

The best thing to do would be to dispose of the questionable strips.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
