Suboxone, Medicaid, Taking Way Too Much

I take way too damn much. I have came across this website a bunch. I take more than 32 mg a day and I always end up regretting it. I don't know what's wrong with me and I know its stupid. Every time I get my script I always end up doing the same damn thing. I don't know why and when I try to go down, I feel wrong, I know this may sound crazy to some, but I just want to figure out a way to make myself stop taking so much. I live in Arkansas and I have medicaid. In Arkansas, I guess people are allowed 24 months of treatment. Does anyone know how I can get more treatment through medicaid? I was doing real good at one time for about three months. My script is 3 8/2 mga day 24 mg. That sounds high too I know. I am here just seeking help.

Medicaid's policies are ridden by strict rules and regulations that may make getting that extra treatment out of them a real challenge. From my understanding they usually don't make many exceptions if you're one that has unique needs. But the only way to know for certain would be to contact medicaid directly to see how far they're willing to bend.

Concerning the situation with Suboxone and always feeling like you need or want to take more, my outside perspective looking in, tells me that it seems to be a matter of just exercising a form of mental/self-discipline when it comes to taking the Suboxone as prescribed. This is going to get a little deep here in a minute if you're following along, but my theory is that you may subconsciously be drawn into the idea of taking more because you're searching for the "feeling" that comes with that added dose. Some people may have a hard time believing or understanding that you can pick, decide on, and change the way you feel at a moments notice just by aligning your thoughts in the right way in a forward-thinking manner; but in my experience, you can to the extent that you believe you can...(so try not to give yourself any invisible boundaries in that regard).

Putting an emphasis on always being mindful of how you feel (in the present moment), and consciously/deliberately choosing to feel a certain way regardless of outside circumstances will turn you into an unstoppable force when it comes to keeping yourself in check mode. If it's really only the "feeling" associated with taking more that you could be searching for through cravings, practicing that form of mental discipline might just be the key to breaking the habit. I hope I didn't get too off-topic here, but I just wanted to address your concerns about "wanting to figure out a way to stop taking so much", when you can also find the feeling that's associated with taking more by deliberately searching for the feeling that accompanies you when you do take extra, and focusing on how that feeling feels psychologically without going through the physical action of actually taking more. I understand believe me I do but don't take this in the wrong way but I think its in your head when your using drugs you feel good and now your taking suboxone and you don't feel good but I'm sure your not sick,see when your using drugs it over loads your brain with serotonin and your body is not making any naturally so when you go off the drugs it takes a while for your brain to start making it naturally again,you probably feel down and maybe depressed and just not yourself so just cut yourself a break and give it time your body will get back to normal again maybe see a physiatrists maybe u need a depression meds good luck to you and you can talk to me anytime I have been thru all this my name is DEW GOD BLESS
