Have her sign up at NAABT.ORG, it's a dr match site for this. Yeah, Dr Ley and DORN associates were good, but the DEA shouldn't have dismantled their operation w/o providing a list of doctors. Now the DEA has our records, so many can't find anyone to even take them. He and the DEA are to blame for this. Not us, who go to counseling, take our drug panels, work, doing everything right and then BAM! Nothing for us.

yep, same here! I was a patient at Leys clinic for a little over a year & really, I'm not surprised they shut him down. But before that I was a patient at Wagner Medical Center for 7 yrs then they were shut down. And I was hooked up with them thru Fairbanks! I have been on suboxone for 8 years. U can be an addict, go to methadone clinics & keep getting high, BUT they won't let u take suboxone & be a productive person! I have chronic pain & suboxone is the only thing that helps without building up a tolerance. It's like they want addicts to stay addicts! I could go on & on, but u know what I mean!

RIGHT?! but i did find out that a few doctors WILL see us with just our primary physician records and counseling records or proof thereof. Best wishes.

Not everyone who attends a methadone clinic is unproductive, and "still getting high." I completely understand and sympathize with your situation. It is certainly not your fault that you had a crooked doc and you undoubtedly shouldn't have to pay the price for his misdeeds. That being said, those of us leading illicit drug free, productive lives on a methadone regime shouldn't be the brunt of your angered outlash. It should be directed at the crumby doctor that you were unfortunately paired up with, not us who are meerly seeking out a plan of recovery that works for us. Methadone has truly changed my life for the positive. I hope you find a new and quality doctor so your pointless suffering will end sooner rather than later. Congrats on your recovery and stay strong!

You can still get "addicted" to suboxone. Its only a partial opiate antagonist. It can still make you feel high.

I need to know if taking cough relief Dm because I developed a really bad cough after being partially sedated to have a liver biopsy and then the pain caused me not to be able to take deep breathes and I also take seroquel and my dr. switched me from ms contin to opana that already causes me a problem since I was prescribed it. I took ms contin for 8 years but this new dr.was scared I would become addicted to it. So he gave me a low dose of opana 30mg compared to me being on 200 ms contin a day and 90 mg morphine ir a day.

I went thou the same thing last year my doctor was arrested an I was on suboxone for six years for pain. I also have Medicare an found a new doctor with a referral from my main doctor. .. try Dr klim in noblesville

I need to find a suboxone doctor in Indiana that accepts medicaid. I recently got cut off suboxone and relapsed and have been trying to get into a rehab and have no luck, so back to square one. I live around terre haute,IN

I just wanna say Your Right On Deb!!!They get us on this Suboxone then throw us in the wind because of their illlegal practices!!Some of these Dr. are so Dirty! My husband &i used to go to the DR.together working So Hard to stay clean&we would be there for 4&5 hrs at a time.As soon as you came in the door to sign in,they wanted the money right at that moment&then it was time to sit!!! It makes me sick when i think about sitting there with 20 people All Booked for 1pm Appts in a cramped little office it just makes me sick!Maybe they do want us to remain addicts but HaHAHa i fooled them!!!Peace Deb,jewels

Yes You sure can get hooked on this stuff! My poor husband needs it to function.What are You supposed to do when the meds that were supposed to help you with your addiction then make you dependent on that medication?He wants off of it Now but when he doesnt take its like he Cant Move!It makes me so angry at the medical community for putting people on drugs that they dont totally know about!How do i help him Off Of This Suboxone Somebody Please,Please Help Us!!!!Peace,jewels

I was on Suboxone for 2 years because I was trying to get off morphine use from a bad accident! My doctor after 2 years realized I was on Medicad an dropped me, I was in trouble, Suboxone is very addictive, but I started taking just slivers only wen I couldn't stand it anymore, it took me a month, but the lead ball has been cut from the chain, im free from that monster, ya'll can do it too,

Have you tried victor Hinov? On post rd..hes excellent and his nurse..I know when i went to him he took medicaid like mdwise but i called few months ago and doesnt take what I have now..hip..so idk wat all insurance he takes?

It seems like it's getting harder and harder to find a Suboxone doc and I'm having to drive crazy distances to be seen. I finally found a clinic near Indy that just opened up so luckily was still accepting new patients. I used treatmentmatch.org to find this clinic and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a Sub doc use this website which is completely anonymous and connects you directly with clinics in your area. I also recommend the website suboxone-directory.com or samhsa.gov/treatment-physician-locator as alternative websites to find a doc although I find that these are often outdated and half the physicians listed either aren't accepting new patients or no longer prescribing. Good luck!

I've been in a lot of pain since 2013. My neck is pretty messed up and my spinal pain is unbearable. I saw a pain management doctor in July but my insurance expired. I have Hip plus medwise, but I don't have Anthem. Please I beg you to find me a Suboxone doctor.

Can anyone tell me where a good pain management is? My mom and I have had many shots and been on high doses of fentanyl, methadone, morphine 30's, and my mom has had several back surgeries! She has been on pain meds for 30 years and me 8 years, in so much pain and all they wanna give us now is her 2 7.5 percs a day and took me from 5 10.0 a day down to 3 5.0 a day, still in so much pain! HELP Please!
