Suboxone Detox Help!!
UpdatedHello I need HELP!! I'm freaking out!! I was on suboxone for maybe a year in a half!! Very low dose, I couldn't take a quarter a day or it made me sick!! So I took very small doses of one 8 mg pill that would last me a week!!! Before that I was taking percocet for two years. So I thought quitting would be easy since I did a very low mg but it was far from it!! The pain wasn't as bad coming off percocets, it was mentally driving me nuts on day 7 of maybe an hour or two of sleep for a week and that had me down. So I took a dose of Xanax (which I had never taken). It did nothing my whole detox!! Besides last night I took a Xanax half piece, I fell asleep, was up an hour later and took another whole .5 mg but couldn't fall back asleep for a long time! I either took another dose of suboxone or I dreamed it!! Today's day 8 and I can't go through all of it again. I'm absolutely heart broken. I don't want a week of hell to go through it again!!! If I did am I going have start back from day one?
