Just to clarify, those specific details you mentioned pertaining to the Rx (i.e. BIN/PCN/ID/GROUP) are typically found on prescription drug savings cards, such as the one MedsChat offers here: RX Savings Card
So if you're to receive some sort of assistance program, this information should already be present on the corresponding card you get from the manufacturer/pharmacy/or doctor.
