Stolen Suboxone By Neighbor
UpdatedI have been on suboxone for 7 years. Tapered down to one strip a day from 3 by myself. I haven't taken any illegal, illicit drugs in 7 years this past May 17th. Worked my ass off to get where I am now. I'm a single father of 2 sons. Custody of my kids. Was friends with my neighbor. 2 days ago saw my neighbor buying suboxone from my ex of all people. Well when I took my son to football last night I dropped my wallet outside my house, ran back home as soon as I noticed and what a surprise. The ONLY thing that was missing was every single suboxone strip I had. I always kept em in my wallet, this medicine saved my life. I went from a needle in my arm to a normal dad. I work now. I do all I can for my family and community. Well when I noticed them gone I knew exactly who took em so I called him out on it ..I started with "Brian please tell me your the one who found my wallet because every single one of my suboxone were taken but nothing else, not my credit cards not my debit cards nothing but the suboxone." He tells me OMG DUDE. NO I haven't even been outside in hours. So I called my girlfriend and what a surprise she tells me oh I saw Brian walk by the house 10 minutes after you left for football with your son. So now this dude is telling me he'll go buy me 30 of em because he doesn't want me to hate him. In reality it's the fact I know all the lies he tells his wife and now he knows I'm gonna tell her all the stuff he's done behind her back. Which I'm not because my junkie attitude disappeared 7 years ago. What I'm gonna do is go file a police report and go talk to my dr who I've had a great relationship with for almost a decade and hope he helps me. I'm a single father with custody of my adopted son and my biological son and I can not go to a detox because my neighbor is a scumbag ..the old part of me. The reptile muscle memory in my brain that I lost so long ago wants me to do very hard things to this guy, but the loving father, hard working more rational part of my brain tells me karma is a mutha and he'll get his eventually..I used to take his dog out buy him smokes, ignore all the dirt he did, buy him food ..I woke thus guy so he didn't miss the birth of his daughter while he was home sleeping and his wife was in labor...not anymore. I'll file a report tell the cops about the druggies that come by when his wife is gone and move on and never do another thing for this scumbag ever again. Hide your meds, hide your meds, hide your meds. They're stealing everyones meds up in here. Anyone who's seen antoin on YouTube will get that reference. Lol whatever, life goes on. The more I think about this the more I feel it's time to take the next step and completely get off suboxone, it's been 7 years since I've had an urge to use anything. I don't think that will change now.
