Is it possible that the marking is N SR 75?

If so, then this is a Candian tablet containing 75mgs of Sustained Release Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
