Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, it is used to help lower the amount of fluids and sodium in the body.

Spironolactone is an anti-androgen dieuretic.

These are commonly used to help lower high blood pressure.

Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dehydration.
