12 yrs is a long period,u need help well I'll say the best way to get rid of it is by getting yourslf rehabilitated. I did the same.it works believe me.

As a suggestion, for those who r addicted to SP, never combine it with other stuff, especially marijuana for your safety in case if you don't wanna be a psycho. And if you guys wanna get rip of SP, decrease your dose day by day. It will be a risk if you stop taking SP pills without tapering. I'm sure that after 3 weeks your health will become normal.

Combination of one N10 tablet n 3/4 SP is also like a food n curry. If u guys rally look for enjoyment. Warning every excess is injurious to health

Follow up with alcohol or beer as n alternative. And after a month try to control yr drinks again. After dat u r fit n fine. Note:Narco can cause overdose n der is no overdose in alcohol.

I can understand you started using it thinking it would be fine and it wouldn't cause any effects as other drugs but as you can see like any other opioids it has similar effects and can cause harmful effects. Hereby I'd suggest to have a family intervention and confession about your problem so you can seek help from them. Your family is always the first help you can seek. They can help you get into good habits and can provide enough love to forget your addiction. I guess it's the first and the best way to handle your craving for it.

Ma 5 years sa spasmo proxyvon capsule use kar raha hu please ya btao iska kya kya side-effects ha or ma is sa kasa dur ho sakta hu.

Im suffering from chronic pancreatitis for 8years..i went cmc vellore, chennai for my treatment but i can not get relief. Now im on my bed for 2months becz of heavy weakness and abdominal pain...can i get relief if i go to dr pramod garg aiims?dr pramod is available every day??
