See, you have been addicted not only by "blue capsules" but some other stuffs in that capsule so pls understand that you have already put yourself in danger so try to overcome yourself and talk to others for some some motivation because you need only "inspiration". And remember one thing you are not only destroying yourself but your parents. So stop that and try to avoid it slowly but at least do it.

Don't start it again. Since it weakens your body's immune system in some parts + organs, it will make your body regeneration slower. After some months (years for whole body n body parts recovery) you'll be at your best, though a full recovery is not always possible.
